Our headliners TRIPTYKON are an avant-garde band in every sense of the word. The Swiss ensemble formed in 2008 to further explore the musical avenues developed by Hellhammer and Celtic Frost. Frontman Thomas Gabriel Fischer built on the black/doom blueprint the band achieved with ‘Monotheist’ and surprised both friend and foe by assembling a band strong enough to fill these big shoes. They haven’t released a new album in a decade but their impressive back catalogue is more than enough for a headlining show. You’ve also got a handful of Celtic Frost classics to look forward to.
